This Privacy Policy applies to the shopping site operated by International Multibrand Trading S.A.S. and its commercial affiliates (as defined below). This Privacy Policy uses the terms "our," "we," "us," and "us" to refer to International Multibrand Trading S.A.S. or IMT, and "you" or "user(s)" to refer to the natural persons described in the data IMT collects and uses, such as consumers and merchants.

We operate GO SKATE WHEELS, which allows merchants to advertise items and users to find and purchase items. We also support referral programs, affiliate offers, among others. We collect and use data from users (buyers), merchants (sellers), to facilitate the advertisement (of items), purchase and sourcing. We also use the data to find items that we believe will be of interest to buyers and to find the right price for each item.
By using or accessing the Services, you agree that we will collect, use and share your data as described in this Privacy Policy. You have choices about what data you provide to us and how we use that data. You may choose not to provide us with data, but your choice(s) may prevent you from using the Services or limit your use of certain features.
For example, if you do not provide us with a payment method, you may not be able to make purchases. We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to update this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, the Services, our business or technological advances. - Unique identifiers, including MAC address, ad identifiers and device attributes, such as operating system, browser type and usage patterns.
- Usage data, such as web log data, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, time spent on particular pages, date and time you used our Services, how often you use our Services, error logs and other similar data.
1.4 Analytics, Advertising and Technical Data We or our service providers or business partners may collect and use various pieces of data in an automated way to support analytics and advertising operations. Analytics - We use analytics tools or other providers to better understand how people and their devices interact with the Services. Google Analytics is important to our analytics. - How Google uses data when you visit a partner's site or app. Cookies and Related Technologies - We and third parties may use cookies, which are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your device, or related technologies such as web beacons, local shared objects and tracking pixels to store or collect data ("Cookies"). 1.5 Third Party Links and Plugins The Services may link to third-party websites or applications, which may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites or applications. The Services may also offer you the possibility to interact with social networking and other site plugins, which may allow us or the social networking site to receive data from or about you. If you have previously provided personal data to a third party that operates a plugin on the Services, that third party may recognize you on the Services. Your use of social networking plugins is subject to the privacy policy of the company operating the plugins, which may differ from ours, so please read these policies carefully to understand their use and options for you.
1.6 Other Sources We may collect data, including demographic and statistical information from third parties, such as business partners, marketers, researchers and analysts. We may attribute this data to you based on your assignment to certain statistical groups. 2. How we use data and legal grounds

3. Location of data processing: United States and other countries
The data we collect and use may be processed outside of your country or region. When we share personal data with Affiliates or third parties in other countries, we apply appropriate security measures. By using the Services, you:

- You consent to the transfer of your data to our Affiliates and facilities in the United States or elsewhere or to facilities of third parties with whom we share data, as described in this Privacy Policy.

5.2 Service Providers or Agents We contract with other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf, and we need to share data with them so they can perform their jobs. For example, we may hire a payment processing company to receive or deliver payments or we may use a cloud service provider to store data
5.3 Affiliates We may share your data with other companies that are owned by or do business with IMT. ("Affiliates"). These Affiliates use your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
5.4 Other users Data about merchants, and users (e.g., buyers) is shared in certain contexts. For example, when users make a purchase using the Services, we typically share the data necessary to make the purchase, such as shipping address and phone number, with the merchant (i.e., seller) or its service provider(s), such as a shipping company. Data shared with merchants and their service providers is subject to their own policies. Certain user profile data, including your name, photo, location, items on your shopping list, comments you have written (including any photos or videos you upload with such comments). Your user name may also be displayed to other users as long as you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services, and other users may contact you messages and comments. Use caution and common sense before sharing personal data in public areas of the Services.
5.5 Advertisers We may allow advertisers, including merchants ("Advertisers"), to choose groups of users to view their advertisements, advertising or promotional offers based on common characteristics of a group of users, such as similar usage patterns or similar geographic locations. For example, if you purchase products such as racing wheels, we may show you an offer from a service that sells racing wheels. If an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a particular audience or audience segment and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser may infer that you match the description of the audience they were trying to reach
5.6 Business Transfers We may choose to buy or sell assets and may share or transfer user data (including personal information) in connection with evaluating and entering into such transactions. In addition, if we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, or if we go out of business, file for bankruptcy, or otherwise transfer control, user data may be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
5.7 Legal Requirements, Protection of GOSKATEWHEELS and Others We reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any data that we believe in good faith to be necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of IMT, our employees, our users or others.
5.8 Consent We may share your data in other ways if you have asked us or given us your consent to do so.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the privacy of your personal data that we use or store, but the Internet and our Services are not 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the complete privacy or security of the data you provide to us or that we collect.

7.1 Access, review and correction Through your account "Settings" you can access, edit or delete data you have provided to us, including:- Name and password

- User profile data, including images and videos you have uploaded to the Services.

7.2 Opting Out of Receiving Marketing Communications To manage your preferences or opt out of receiving marketing communications, you may use any of the following methods.
- Electronic promotional offers:If you do not wish to receive emails from us regarding promotions or special offers, you can (1) follow the unsubscribe options at the bottom of each email; or (2) visit your account settings pages.
- Promotional offers for mobile devices: When you provide us with your cell phone number for advertising purposes, we may send you certain text message alerts. Consent is not a requirement to use the services and standard data and message rates will apply. If you no longer wish to receive mobile alerts from us, you may follow the instructions provided in those messages or reply "STOP" to any alerts we send you.
- Push Notifications:When you use the Application, you may receive push notifications. If you prefer not to receive push notifications, you can adjust your mobile device settings to control whether you want to receive these alerts.
- Settings:You may opt out of receiving certain communications from us by changing your preferences in the "Settings" option of the applicable service.
7.3 Location Information If you do not want us to see or access your device's location, you can disable location sharing on your device, change your device's privacy settings or refuse location sharing in your browser.
