Delivery Times in Colombia

The times and form of dispatch of orders apply to each merchant according to their policies, however below is a generic description of the deadlines and exceptions, please note that you can contact one of our consultants to the service lines for more data.

  • After you make your purchase, the merchant will process and complete your order within 48 hours. Delivery times may increase during peak seasons such as: Easter, Christmas, vacations and when there are major skating events or force majeure circumstances that affect in any way the delivery time.
  • Shipping days are Monday through Friday, please note that on holidays we do not ship, so if we receive your order on Friday it will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments outside Colombia

  • Shipments can be sent through FedEx, on business days from Monday to Friday. You can choose another type of service. If you need your shipment to be through another carrier or other type of service, please contact us through: info@goskatewheels.com or WhatsApp: +1 (914) 279-8814 before finalizing the purchase through the web.
  • To the email registered at the time of purchase, you will receive the data of the tracking number with which you can keep track.
  • Transportation times may vary depending on your location or place of destination, usually takes between 5-10 days, however, please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, high season or force majeure circumstances.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Each country or state has a different system, so we are not aware of these rates. If you require this type of data, please contact your customs office.
  • Shipping rates: They will be calculated and shown at the time of payment, they vary according to the destination. We advise you to group all items in the same order, because we cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will be applied for each one individually. You will have the opportunity to review your order before finalizing the purchase.

Our sales department will be at your disposal to provide more data about international shipments, however, GoSkateWheels is not responsible for additional fees charged by your country, nor for losses and / or damage that are generated after the products leave the facilities of each merchant, in this case we will serve as support to make the respective claim to the carrier as long as the shipment has been with the carrier with which the merchant has an agreement.

Order Updates

At the moment of receiving your order, you must verify that the merchandise is in accordance with what was ordered (in quantities, references and condition). In case of finding any novelty:

  1. OPEN THE BOX IN FRONT OF THE CARRIER and/or COURIER.
  2. Take a photographic and/or video record.
  3. Make the respective annotation in the waybill at the moment of receiving your order and report it obligatorily, maximum 2 working days after receipt, via email info@goskatewheels.com or WhatsApp: +1 (914) 279-8814, attaching the waybill number, the necessary data specifying the facts accompanied by photograph and/or video, in order to make the relevant claims.

If after this term no data is received, it will be understood as a tacit acceptance of what has been received and no further claims will be accepted.

Exchanges and returns

It is essential that you make the request for exchange and return based on the following indications: you must take into account the data and requirements that must be met to submit the request, since ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE AND / OR RETURN THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ASPECTS THAT ARE DESCRIBED BELOW AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION WILL BE REJECTED IN FULL.

  • Before sending the products to the main address of GOSKATEWHEELS or to the address indicated in response to your request, you must contact us by sending an email to info@goskatewheels.com requesting authorization to make the exchange or return and informing your request, indicating the new product or the reason for the exchange or return, in order to confirm whether or not the request applies and what would be the next step to follow.
  • Before requesting the authorization to make the change or return, please take into account:
    1. You have a maximum period to send the request for authorization of exchange or return of up to five (05) working days after receipt of the product. AFTER THIS TIME THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    2. That the article has not been used.
    3. It is necessary to present the purchase invoice and / or waybill.
    4. The item must be in the original packaging and have ALL its labels and packaging (internal and external).
  • Exchanges and returns do not apply to items with special discounts, outlet or promotions.
  • Once the product enters our facilities GoSkateWheels or the merchant will respond within a maximum period of five (5) to eight (8) business days, which will indicate whether the request is justified or not.
  • The refund (when applicable) will be according to the total amount paid by the customer without including freight values, or any other cost and will be made by the means that is indicated by GoSkateWheels. In the event that the return of the money generates any tax or additional cost, it will be the customer who assumes it.
  • It is the customer who assumes the shipping costs, if not the package will not be received by GoSkateWheels, not be accepted cash on delivery for returns and exchanges. We are not responsible for these freight rates or any type of taxes.
  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 14 days or more to be credited to your original payment method.

Warranty

  • Any product purchased on the GoSkateWheels website will have a warranty term counted from the time you receive your product and according to the delivery date indicated by the carrier and in accordance with the conditions of use of each product and the warranty policies of each merchant.
  • Before returning the products, you must contact us to request the warranty authorization request, please send an email to info@goskatewheels.cominforming about your request, the reasons and facts that support such request and the Customer Service Department will respond within five (5) to eight (8) business days after submitting the claim, where you will be informed whether or not the product warranty and instructions to follow.
  • The merchant will resolve the warranty request in the first instance with the repair of the product, if this is not possible, it will proceed with the exchange for an equal or similar product or the refund of the money.
  • In order to accept a warranty claim, the customer must attach:
  • Invoice of purchase.
  • The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transportation process.
  • You must have a photograph and/or video of the no veltyof the product for which you are requesting the warranty.
  • In case the warranty is accepted by our team, the shipping cost will be paid by GoSkateWheels.
  • In some cases, such as with defective, damaged items or items that are not what you ordered, you may be asked to provide proof of the problem, such as a photo. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high value item that arrives defective or damaged or is the wrong item), you may be required to return the item for a refund.

Wheels:

The warranty conditions applicable to this product are provided by the merchant, these are some to be taken into account by users and if you require more data you can contact us via email info@goskatewheels.com or our hotlines. Keep in mind that the price of the wheels is for one (1) unit, if you want to buy the complete set, you must buy eight (8) units. You can order them in different sizes and/or hardness. The data provided below applies if and only if you made the purchase through GOSKATEWHEELS, if you bought MPC wheels in another virtual or physical store please contact them to make any kind of claim and / or request for change. Warranty coverage time: 1 month after receipt of the product by the customer. THE WARRANTY COVERS: rim detachment or fracture in the normal operation of the wheel. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Wear and tear in the normal operation of the wheel, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, bumps, fractures, twists or cracks caused by falls. The warranty does not apply for pigmentation, since if the wheel has different yellowish colors, it has no effect on its use and technical part. Likewise, the warranty does not cover repairs, modifications or alterations that have not been made by authorized personnel, problems caused by not following the instruction manual or instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Balaclavas:

The warranty conditions applicable to this product are provided by the merchant, these are some to be taken into account by users and if you require more data you can contact us via email info@goskatewheels.com or our hotlines. Warranty coverage time: 1 month after receipt of the product by the customer. THE WARRANTY COVERS: Only for untightness. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: discoloration, wear and tear, stains on the fabrics after being used. The warranty does not cover repairs, modifications or alterations that have not been made by authorized personnel, problems caused by not following the instruction manual or instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Thermos:

Warranty coverage time: no warranty applies.
